Beautiful 70 m² ground-floor apartment in a renovated old farmhouse.

Only 10 minutes from the Praz de Lys - Sommand ski slopes (Sommand plateau). In winter and July-August, a shuttle to the resort stops right outside the house. The apartment is modern, spacious, and fully equipped. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, raclette and fondue sets, toaster, coffee maker, oven, fridge, freezer, and barbecue. Comfortable sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed, and 2 single beds.
Bed linen is provided; guests must bring their own towels or request them—available for an extra fee. You have a parking space, secure storage for skis, bikes or equipment, as well as a washing machine and dryer. A total change of scenery awaits for an ideal mountain holiday. Located in the heart of the Messy hamlet, just 10 minutes from alpine and cross-country ski slopes at Praz de Lys Sommand.
Hiking trails and mountain bike routes are nearby. 15 minutes from paragliding take-off and landing sites. 5 minutes from several climbing and via ferrata spots (Anthon, Suet, Chapelle St Grat, Bellevaux, Sixt Fer à Cheval, La Frasse). 5 minutes from Anthon Lake for fishing. 5 minutes to river swimming (Giffre), 15 minutes to lake or pool swimming (Morillon, Samoëns). 5 minutes from an equestrian center (Les Paddocks du Mont-Blanc). 25 minutes from Les Gets, Grand Massif, Sixt Fer à Cheval, Samoëns. 45 minutes from Geneva, Annecy, and Chamonix. All amenities (grocery, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants) are in the village center, 5 minutes away.
