In the heart of Carloforte’s historic center, in the quiet Castello area, Casa di Gaia is a charming, recently renovated independent house, perfect for relaxing stays on the Island of San Pietro. The apartment, about 65 sqm, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is arranged over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a small private outdoor space.

Upstairs, a charming mezzanine hosts the double bedroom with a second bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The house offers all modern comforts: air conditioning (hot/cold), Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a convenient workspace, ideal for longer stays.

For families, a crib and high chair are available. Outside, on the ground floor, there is a small private area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors; a practical outdoor shower is also available. The area is very quiet, located in the upper part of town and surrounded by green spaces, yet just a short walk from the center and main services.

Free parking is available nearby. Medium-sized dogs are allowed on request and for an extra fee. Cats and other pets are not permitted.
