There’s also a bathroom with a bathtub, single sink, and toilet on this floor. The two bedrooms are connected; you must pass through one to reach the other.

Outside, the house offers a bin storage area, additional storage, a small garden, and private parking.

Located in the center of a small Sologne village, you’re just steps from shops, a bakery, and a restaurant 200 m away.
Communal green spaces are behind the house, and a small stream is 200 m away.
