Suite guests may use the microwave, refrigerator, and butler’s pantry only. • The stove and full kitchen setup are off-limits when the property is functioning as a shared hotel. • Laundry is available in the common area for suite guests. • All guests must complete mandatory pet screening, even if not bringing a pet. • Approved pets: $50/night per pet + $150 cleaning fee per pet, 1 pet per suite, 25lb max, and pets may not be left unattended. • Quiet hours and shared-space etiquette are required to ensure a peaceful stay for all. • No smoking or vaping inside the property (fees apply). • Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance. • Entry uses the same smart lock code provided prior to arrival for all main doors and the suite.
