Located in Iffendic, in the heart of Brocéliande, this gîte is a renovated longhouse within a former family farm, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests in 130 m². You’ll have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and private bathroom, plus a sofa bed on the mezzanine for 2 additional guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
The living room features a smart TV, pool table, foosball, darts, and board games for children.
Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine offers a lounge area and fitness space.
The gîte provides high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, underfloor heating on the ground floor, radiators upstairs, a fan, baby bed, high chair, and self check-in. Outside, enjoy your private uncovered terrace with a table and 6 chairs, plus a private barbecue.
There’s a lounge area and sun loungers for relaxing.
You’ll also have access to shared children’s toys and books, a playground, and shared fitness equipment.
The family farm is home to animals—chickens, geese, dog, cat, and cow—delighting children and nature lovers. On-site parking for 3 vehicles.
Events are not permitted. Please note: the gîte is attached to the owner’s residence; occasional noise may be heard. Ideally located near several sites: Trémelin (10 min), Jardin de Brocéliande (25 min), Paimpont Forest (30 min). Rennes city center is just 20 minutes away. Bed linen and towels provided.
Cleaning is available as an option for an extra fee.

L'hôtesse est très à l'écoute. et agréable. le gite est prévu pour 6 personnes mais avec 3 lits de 2 personnes. Nous étions 5 mais seulement un couple. L'hôtesse a pu nous rajouter un matelas pour que nos 3 grands enfants puissent dormir chacun dans leur lit.
Petits sablés et cidre en bienvenue.
Nou...
Le but de notre visite n'était pas des plus gais (un enterrement) mais le gîte et l'hôtesse n'y sont pour rien.
beaucoup de pluie mais là encore, c'est la vie !
