The flat combines natural materials with modern amenities and sustainable energy from our own photovoltaic and solar systems.
The open-plan living and dining area is filled with light and offers beautiful views of Lake Constance and the Alps through large windows.
On the partially covered balcony, you can enjoy the morning sun and the peaceful garden atmosphere in the evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and two coffee machines.
Two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 guests.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower.
Washing machine and dryer are also available, making longer stays comfortable.
You can park directly on the property.
Up to three outdoor parking spaces and an additional carport space are available.
There is a separate storage room in the carport for bikes, skis, or sports equipment.
The apartment is on the second floor and accessed via an external staircase with a private entrance.
