The Annexe is a 2 storey airy property.
Ground floor own entrance, separate kitchen, lounge/dining area with french doors onto private patio with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast, dinner etc. Downstairs toilet, also a seating area to front courtyard.
Stairs leading to first floor with King size bed overlooks garden, and off to landing is a large walk in shower room with toilet and basin.
The Annexe has been totally refurbished with quality fixtures, and furnishings.
Bath/ beach towels The space Nicely refurbished Annexe, south facing patio.
Lovely south facing patio with water feature and dining area, garden throws provided, gas Bbq, ample outside space to entertain guests.
Beach towels/picnic bag provided.
Lovely and warm and cosy for a winter stay also.
Parking on drive for one car. The ground floor consists of well equipped kitchen with Nepresso coffee machine electric milk heater with large assortment of coffee pods provided, boiling tap, full size oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, electric steamer and crock pot plus a ceramic hob, toaster, Ninja air fryer, washing machine, boiling tap and filter water, plus shark vacuum.
Plenty of quality glassware for your wine, gin or cocktails.
Also there is a leaflets rack on kitchen wall which has a range of maps and tourist Info along with folder on Annexe.
There is an additional toilet at the bottom of the stairs with coat hooks on inside of door should you require.
The lounge consists of three seater recliner sofa, a small dining table with 2 dining chairs. large smart tv, French doors leading out onto patio with round granite table with 4 chairs for sunny dining, plus a 2 seater bench, water feature and gas bbq. Cushions for garden chairs and throws in basket under tv table.
Upstairs leads to bedroom, king size bed with bedside tables with touch lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe, tv, alarm clock, beach towels are on shelf in wardrobe, views of patio and trees.
Plus there are 2 additional chairs which you can use at dining table should you have extra guests over.
Hair dryer, tongs provided for your use, along with white bath robes and slippers.
Large bathroom with large shower tray with electric power shower, toilet, Basin and vanity unit.
We provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner along with shower caps.
Plenty of towels for your use. A excellent welcome box for your arrival, plus ample essentials like salt/pepper oil, cleaning products, kitchen roll, toilet paper, cling film, foil, black sacks, washing machine capsules etc As we live in main house we are available for any advice on places to visit or dine.
