Guests have full access to the entire house, including the terrace and outdoor areas around the home. The house is located in a residential neighbourhood above the city.
A nearby church marks the day with bell ringing, reflecting the local rhythm of Madeiran life. Access is on foot via a short uphill path with stairs, typical for hillside homes in Funchal, creating a strong sense of privacy and a truly local feel. Around the house, fruit trees grow as part of everyday Madeira life, and at certain times of year guests may notice bananas, tangerines, or passion fruit.
