From the moment you enter, you’ll find a warm interior, fully equipped for holidays with family or friends.
The property features a cozy living room with a fitted kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, full set of dishes), a ground-floor bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a modern shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there’s a second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds and an independent toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Cleaning must be done by guests; otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Outside, enjoy the sunny terrace and small enclosed garden—ideal for tasting local specialties around the plancha.
A washing machine is available in the basement, and you have private parking (2 spaces).

In summer, the Miers farmers’ market enlivens Friday evenings, showcasing local products.

Belle découverte.
Gîte tout confort, soigné, au calme et merveilleusement bien situé pour découvrir la région.
L'accueil est chaleureux et les conseils précieux.

Propriétaires très gentils et dispo.
Séjour agréable dans un joli gîte très propre (dans un mignon petit village avec boulangerie/épicerie) , bien équipé et très bien situé pour visiter les nombreux sites alentours (Padirac,Rocamadour,Autoire,Loubressac,Carennac etc... Terrasse avec tables et paras...
