Nestled in the heart of Cascais' historic center, a stone's throw from gardens, restaurants, shops, markets, supermarkets, bars, and the beach, you will find our charming apartment.
This fully equipped one-bedroom apartment, with a separate kitchen and a full bathroom, will allow you to spend time with family or friends.
You will love staying here, enjoying all that the town has to offer. Stroll through picturesque Cascais; spend time on its beautiful and unique beaches; visit its Fortress, Palaces, and Museums; have al fresco dinners on the famous Rua Amarela or enjoy the various shops, bars, and restaurants of the Marina.
Cascais has so much to offer that you will want to stay longer. You can enjoy all of this without the need for a car, but please note that the apartment is only a five-minute walk from transport options that can take you to explore the charming historic town of Sintra or the beautiful city of Lisbon, as well as Guincho beach, Cascais' most famous beach, part of the Sintra Natural Park.
Regardless of the chosen mode of transport, you will be conveniently close to the Cascais train station, bus stops, and taxi stands. Renovated in July 2016, our apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a living room with a sofa bed (accommodating 2 people), a dining table, and a cozy reading nook.
Enjoy the balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for soaking in the picturesque atmosphere, or cook a delicious meal in your fully equipped kitchen.
You will have access to cable TV and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Being located next to one of the yellow streets, you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars just steps away.
As this is a tourist area, there is some noise from the surrounding bars. During the months of September/October, there will be construction work taking place, so there will be some noise from it. We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be tailored to your wishes or requests.
Whether you prefer minimal contact for check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we are here to accommodate you. We offer various additional services, such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, organization of tours, among others. Overall, very good.
But, the property should provide two separate rooms and not just a single room plus a sofa bed that ends up being a bed impacting the overall space usable in the living room.
Noisy at night. Every single night people yelling until very late in a closed bar 50 meter down the street.
Should have air conditioning for the price requested.

We are very satisfied with the property en historic center cascade bolina 1 a clean, charming flat which gave us a homelike feel. Good comunicacion a Lissabon. Near to the mar.Nice cafe o restaurants.Really we vant to be back, Susanne o Niklas Sweden
