Beautiful house with 3 bedrooms in Alicante, 500m from the sea, you will love it for your holidays with friends or family.
Very cozy house, she offers you in the ground floor a fully fitted modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a very spacious living room that opens onto a large terrace where you will enjoy snacks, dinners, breakfasts, etc.. with a direct exterior door to the urbanization to access the community swimming pool.
On the first floor, two double rooms including wardrobes and a single one, and a nice bathroom with shower.
The house has an area of 120m2. The urbanization is made up of gardens that surround the houses, a playground for children, an underground garage and a community swimming pool (two pools - an adult pool and a children's one) lined with grass so people can enjoy and rest quietly.
The house is located in the neighborhood of Alicante called Cabo de las Huertas, near the neighborhood of San Juan Playa and Miriam Blasco, one of the best area of Alicante.
It is a very quiet area with wide avenues, many green areas and parks.

Apartamento muy bien situado. Muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario. La atención a la recepción fue muy fácil y acogedora. El único fallo fue la limpieza. Los cajones de la cómoda tenían papeles y objetos de los anteriores visitantes y el interior de los armarios tampoco estaba muy limpio. Ya, para mejorar del todo sería interesante cambiar las almohadas: son mu pequeñas.

La casa es muy comoda, moderna y con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, un lujo con la cocina renovada. Perfecta para familia con ninos, buena piscina . La ubicacion inmejorable, cerca de la playa y cerca del centro de alicante en TRAM ademas de contar con facil acceso al transporte publico. Marcos muy gentil y disponible ante cualquier duda. Sin duda repetiremos.
