The property is located a short distance from the beach: our guests can reach the seafront with a short and relaxing stroll.
The accommodation consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and veranda.

OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heat pump (split in the living room and bedroom), washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, and crib (upon request, subject to availability).

Waste Management (Mandatory) During their stay, guests must dispose of daily waste, separating it correctly and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated in the schedule.
In the city, there are no public bins or recycling centers; instead, door-to-door collection is carried out, so only small amounts of already separated waste can remain inside the house.
Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of EUR 150.00 being applied to the guest.
SWIMMING POOL TIME: - Opening from 1/6 to 10/10 - no lifeguard - Hours: from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (equal to EUR 2 per person per night, for the first 15 consecutive nights, as required by the municipality of Palau.
Exempt children under 14 years).
This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
