Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is an 25-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Welcome to a cozy 45 sqm studio perfect for two! We had a lovely stay!
The flat is clean and practical.
The air conditioning in the bedroom is a bonus.
The bathroom is quite small.
One slight downside is the soundproofing – we could hear the footsteps of the neighbours above us echoing late into the night :(

I have very fond memories of my stay ❤️ Great communication with the host, a clean, spacious room and all the amenities (iron, hairdryer, kitchen appliances). The location is brilliant – close to everything, quiet and peaceful. A comfortable bed ❤️

The flat matches the description: it’s new (it can quickly become very damp if you don’t open the windows after having a shower, as there’s only a mechanical ventilation system in the shower room), but otherwise I’ve got no complaints. a very responsive team if you have any questions, a 10–15-minute walk from the quays, and between 10 and 20 minutes’ drive from the city centre.
