Arrive at Coastal Lodge at Seaham Hall and follow the gravel path as the salty breeze drifts in from the North Sea. Unlock the sleek glass balustrade and step onto the paved patio just outside the front door, a welcoming space that flows onto the decking beyond.

Hang coats and boots in the designated space and enter a beautifully finished open-plan living area, where elegance meets comfort.
The kitchen invites you to create indulgent dishes with its integrated appliances and generous worktops, while the dining area sets the scene for laughter-filled evenings and shared stories.
Move to the sitting space, where the gentle glow of the electric fire and soft lighting create an inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding with a favourite film on the Smart TV after a day exploring the coast.
Two serene bedrooms await.
The super king-size offers its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy, while the super-king-size zip/link provides flexibility for families or friends.
Refresh in the Jack-and-Jill shower room, complete with a walk-in shower and refined fittings, before returning to the heart of the lodge to plan tomorrow’s adventures.
Step back outside to discover the enclosed decking, a sanctuary for alfresco living.
Fire up the gas barbecue for a leisurely feast, keep your favourite drinks chilled in the outdoor fridge, and gather around the fire pit as dusk falls.
Then sink into the sunken hot tub and let the soothing bubbles melt away the day while gazing across the dramatic coastline.
Guests also enjoy exclusive access to the award-winning spa facilities at Seaham Hall, where tranquillity reigns.
Indulge in the Salt Sauna, invigorate your senses in the Plunge Pools, or unwind in the Asian Herbal Sanarium before sampling exquisite dishes at one of two on-site restaurants, each offering a dining experience to remember.
When it’s time to explore, Durham beckons with its awe-inspiring cathedral rising above cobbled streets, riverside walks that meander past historic bridges, and charming cafés tucked into medieval corners.
Sunderland offers vibrant culture, from acclaimed galleries to a lively theatre scene, paired with golden sands perfect for a breezy stroll.
