An ideal location for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature, by a private, stocked pond. Here, morning coffee by the sunrise has a unique flavor.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (TV, large table, fireplace, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are four separate bedrooms. The cottage includes a sauna, a relaxing salt cave, and adjacent cooling tub and jacuzzi. Fireplace heating (wood included in the price). Wireless internet is available. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture.

On the adjacent property, guests from three adjacent holiday homes have access to a children's playground, volleyball court, table tennis, Nordic walking poles, a soccer goal, and an outdoor gym. Would tell anyone passing through to stop here. The property is surrounded by beautiful nature, ideal for walks or just hanging out. It’s close to Lipusz for supplies, yet feels remote enough to unwind completely. Loved that there were free go-karts and activities like table tennis available nearby!
