There is also a utility. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, a single with pull-out truckle bed, and a single, along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note this is a non-smoking property. fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Note: A single duvet is feather. Note: Logs are not supplied for the woodburner. Please note, there is a good housekeeping bond in place of 350GBP
