You can enjoy the Föhr North Sea breeze and the fantastic view of the Wadden Sea with its ever-changing spectacle of ebb and flow right from your balcony after waking up in our apartments at the Klaar Kiming house on Sandwall in Wyk.
The Klaar Kiming house is located on the quieter section of the lively Sandwall, directly across from the beach promenade.
In just a few minutes, you can be in the heart of the action and visit the many friendly cafes and restaurants, stroll through the small shops, or have fun at Aquaföhr.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for shared use for a small fee.
From the basement, you can also access the promenade and the beach directly through a second entrance (Easter to the end of October, weather permitting).
The apartments here offer a magnificent view of the sea, and you can watch the ferries, seagulls, and the ebb and flow from your balcony or terrace.
Our cozy apartment Klaar Kiming 5b is located on the 5th floor of the building, which you can easily reach by elevator or, for the more energetic, by stairs.
The light-filled living/sleeping area with an integrated kitchenette is equipped with Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a comfortable seating area, and a dining table located directly in front of the window facade, treating you to a sea view even at breakfast.
The kitchenette integrated into the living room is equipped with a ceramic hob, a microwave with a grill function, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The double Murphy bed (160x190cm) promises restful nights, and the small bathroom with a shower is functional and pleasantly designed.
The balcony with an awning offers you an incomparable view of the beach and the sea, inviting you to dream.
Furthermore, you can access the beach promenade directly through the basement of the building and take a dip in the North Sea between an eventful workday and dinner.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Nordsee. Das Haus steht direkt an der Promenade und so ist man schnell am Strand. Meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Wohnung Freunden empfohlen.
