La Petite Villa Jaune is a fully renovated villa with a private pool in a secure residential complex near the historic village of Grimaud.
Nearby, you will find restaurants for every taste, two bakeries, a grocery store, wine bars, and art galleries.
The Grimaud market takes place on Thursdays; in Saint-Tropez, 10 km away, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
The famous Pampelonne Beach with its many beach clubs is also easily accessible. The villa is modern and elegantly furnished.
All rooms are on one level, bright and comfortable.
The living room features a fireplace for cozy winter evenings and a spacious lounge area with TV and audio system.
The adjacent dining area opens completely to the outside through wide glass doors, creating the feel of a covered terrace.
Two bedrooms have double beds (180x200 cm), the third has two single beds (80x200 cm). One bathroom is en suite, the second is shared, plus there is a separate guest WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine.
A laundry room with washer-dryer and a large fridge-freezer offers extra comfort, especially in summer. The house is set on landscaped grounds in a gated community.
From the covered pool house, you can enjoy beautiful views of Grimaud's medieval castle and sunsets.
There is a lounge area and a table for six. The pool measures 7 x 3 m (depth 1.50 m). The complex is located on the Route Nationale, a main road providing quick, convenient access to the coast and surrounding villages—ideal for your excursions in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Dogs welcome on request (max. 1), well-behaved.
