The house is on the SVA Portovenere-Riomaggiore trail: Riomaggiore can be reached on foot in 45 minutes, Portovenere in about 2 hours and 45 minutes.
La Spezia and Riomaggiore are about 8 km away, while the nearest village, Biassa, is 4 km away and offers a grocery store, post office, pizzeria, restaurant/tavern, and a tobacconist where you can buy bus and train tickets and get information.
Buses from Biassa connect to La Spezia and Riomaggiore in under 20 minutes.
The typical two-story Ligurian house features a kitchen, dining table, and bathroom with hair dryer, soap, and shampoo on the ground floor.
The bedroom is upstairs, accessed by an external stone staircase.
The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, induction hob, and kettle.
The house is accessible only on foot, about a three-minute walk from the free parking area via a woodland path.
