Built in 2022, the residential complex provides a modern, well-kept environment and a very quiet neighborhood. The 4.5-room apartment is on the ground floor (on a slope) and is easily accessible by elevator.
Please note: the furnishings are designed for tall guests, so bathroom fittings and the kitchen countertop are set higher than usual. Amenities you can look forward to: - Large living and dining area with open, fully equipped kitchen and smart TV - Master bedroom with king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and spacious wardrobes - Second bedroom with king-size guest bed (160x200 cm) and desk—ideal for home office - Children’s room - Underfloor heating throughout - Fenced garden area with lounge and, as a special highlight, a private whirlpool (available from June to the end of September; not available outside this period).

Sehr schöne Wohnung wo man sich sofort wie Zuhause fühlt
Leider waren keine Schlüssel für WC und Bad vorhanden, was uns ein wenig gestört hat, aber wir hatten halt Pech, dass wir zu dem Zeitpunkt da waren, wo die Zimmertüren Schlösser noch ausgetauscht werden mussten. Also beim nächsten Mal wird dieses Problem nicht mehr bestehen.
