Weingut Bohlender is a Pfalzcard host and is located in the southeast of the Palatinate wine-growing region.
The towns of Kandel, Bad Bergzabern, and Landau are in the vicinity.
Attractive destinations for cycling tours and hikes can be easily reached by train or car, such as the Palatinate Forest with its castles, the Rhine plain, Alsace, various swimming lakes, and tourist attractions.
Our main house, built around 1700, was completely renovated in 2005 following old architectural styles and offers cozy rooms and a vacation apartment.
In our apartment building, renovated in 2020, there are also four additional modernly furnished apartments.
Steinweiler is the ideal starting point for bike tours into the Rhine plain as well as into the Palatinate Forest.
Signposted bike tours directly from the house lead through meadows, along streams, and through the vineyards. Deposit (by bank transfer): To confirm your binding booking, we charge a deposit of 30% of the total travel costs via invoice.
Your reservation is definitively confirmed upon receipt of payment.
The final payment can be made by bank transfer before arrival or on-site by EC card or cash payment. Cancellation (in writing): Cancellations up to 6 weeks before the start of your stay will be charged at 30% of the total costs.
Short-term cancellations (less than 6 weeks before the start of your stay) will be charged at 90% of the total costs.
In case of early departure, 100% of the total costs will be charged.
We are happy to provide you with a confirmation for your travel insurance should a cancellation event occur. Check-In: Your arrival is possible from 12:00 PM within our winery's opening hours (www.weingut-bohlender.de) or by arrangement. Check-Out: by 10:00 AM Meals: Rooms and apartments can be booked with or without breakfast. Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Wine lovers and cycling enthusiasts are welcome to inquire for a one-night stay. A crib is available. Wine tastings at our estate are possible upon request. Take the A 65 motorway to the Rohrbach exit.
Follow the signs towards Rohrbach and turn left after the level crossing towards Steinweiler.
Follow the bypass.
Continue in the roundabout towards Steinweiler.
After the town entrance sign, turn right into Obergasse.
