Our holiday apartment, Ferienpark Hs.
H Floor 4 Apt. 5 "Ostsee - Rifugio," offers 47 m² of space for a maximum of 5 people.
It was completely renovated at the beginning of the year and now shines with new splendor.
The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed (160x200m), a children's room with bunk beds, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and an open-plan kitchen with a living area.
A sofa bed is available for an additional adult.
If another child is traveling, they can sleep on a mattress in the children's room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (including microwave function), a 4-burner ceramic hob, a sink with an integrated water filter, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, dishes, glasses, and a pot set.
In the living room, you can sit at a rustic wooden table and look out over the salt marshes with their Galloway cattle towards the lighthouse and the Baltic Sea.
Due to the west-facing orientation of the apartment, you can enjoy the sun from the afternoon onwards and the sunset over the Baltic Sea from the balcony.
A special highlight is the apartment's own infrared/combination sauna. (The therapeutic infrared cabin combined with a Finnish sauna offers additional relaxation and well-being moments).
During the summer months (May to September), the apartment includes a beach chair in the Steinwarder area (free of charge).
Also included is the annual pass for the "Schatzinsel" (Treasure Island) adventure park in the Aktiv-Hus.
Children can let off steam here, especially on bad weather days.
The Aktiv-Hus also features a sauna world and a swimming pool.
A bakery, restaurant, souvenir shops, and mini-golf are in the immediate vicinity.
A more stable internet connection is now possible thanks to the fiber optic connection (50 Mbit).
