The park is car-free and sustainably designed.

Cars are parked at the entrance, after which a train takes you through the park.

The chalets are built from untreated wood and waste separation is actively encouraged.

The private beach is located directly on the park and is only accessible to guests.

Here you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and enjoy the sea. In addition, there are 2 swimming pools: a large central pool of 375 m² with different depths and a children's pool of 210 m². At the pool there are 4 whirlpools and a pool bar for an Italian breakfast or refreshing drink.

There is also a beach bar on the beach, perfect for the sunset.

Swimming caps are not compulsory.

There is a lot to do: bike rental, aerobics, aquagym, volleyball, beach volleyball, tennis, multi-purpose football field, windsurfing, paddleboarding, pedal boats, canoes and catamarans.

For children, there are clubs from 3 to 16 years old with a daily program, focused on fun and sustainability.

The site has several play areas with swings, slides, table tennis and bouncy castles.

Pisa (75 km) is easily accessible, as are Volterra (58 km), Florence (135 km) and Siena (153 km). The picturesque Castagneto Carducci is 7 km away and offers restaurants, vistas and a small museum.

Wine lovers can visit local wineries, including famous producers such as Antinori and Ornellaia.

The cypress avenue of Bolgheri (13 km) is also a must-see.
