The family that manages the estate creates a warm, personal atmosphere and regularly invites guests to get acquainted with products from their own land.

Compact and comfortable for 5 people

The 5-person apartment has a living area with kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven and a fridge with freezer compartment, a bedroom with a double bed (possibly an extra single bed), a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower and toilet, 1 of which is suitable for disabled people.

You have a terrace with an adjoining garden.

There is a vegetable and herb garden, which you can use for free (harvest depending on the season of course). In addition, you can also buy vegetables, tomato sauce, olive oil, wine and grappa from your own 'garden'. During the day you can use the tennis court/football field for free, in the evening there is a surcharge of €10.00 per hour because of the lighting.

For the 5th person there is an extra charge.

Between the vineyards and close to the coast

The studio is located in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, a short distance from villages, natural parks and the beaches of the Etruscan Coast.

In the area you can go hiking, horseback riding, tasting local products or take a day trip to Monte Argentario, Saturnia or Porto Santo Stefano.

The quiet location and the many possibilities in the region make it an ideal place for a relaxing and varied holiday.
