The accommodation is located in the heart of Siena (ZTL), on one of the city’s most characteristic streets within the UNESCO-listed historic centre, just a short walk from Piazza del Campo.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.

The interior space is arranged as follows:
- LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, TV, sofa bed, and terrace;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, TV, and desk;
- BEDROOM II with a one-and-a-half-size sofa bed and desk;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, toilet, sink, and bidet.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival. NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment. The apartment is located in one of the most charming and authentic areas of Siena’s historic centre, within the ancient medieval city walls. Within just a few minutes on foot, you can reach Piazza del Campo, Siena Cathedral (Duomo), museums, artisan workshops, traditional restaurants, and historic cafés.
The area is ideal for exploring Siena entirely on foot, fully immersing yourself in its history, art, and traditions. Main distances: - Piazza del Campo: 6 minutes on foot; - Siena Cathedral (Duomo): 4 minutes on foot; - Torre del Mangia: 7 minutes on foot; - Siena Civic Museum: 6 minutes on foot. - Taverna di San Giuseppe: 4 minutes on foot; - Carrefour Express: 2 minutes on foot; - Bar Caffetteria 4 Cantoni: 2 minutes on foot. - From Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence, you can reach Florence Central Station by tram or bus, from which you can take the bus to Siena, with a stop a few minutes walk from the property. - Siena Station is 2.3 km from the apartment.

However you can park for a fee at "Il Campo", in Via di Fontanella, just 6 minutes walk from the property.
