Welcome to Finca Casa Espina, peacefully set in the hills above Torrox Pueblo amid the gentle landscape of the Axarquía. With a private pool, landscaped grounds and a sheltered southwest-facing aspect, this charming finca is ideal for relaxing and leaving everyday life behind.
A paved driveway leads to private parking right by the house.
The extensive grounds offer sunny and shaded spots to unwind, with a cosy seating and dining area beneath mature trees.
The private pool with an outdoor shower is perfect for cooling off, while fruit trees and natural planting create a pleasant atmosphere. The modern living room has a high ceiling, two sofas and a TV, offering plenty of space and comfort.
It leads to three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third with a pull-out bed for two. There are two modern bathrooms in total.
The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room, which leads directly to the large pool terrace with additional seating and a sun canopy.
Enjoy leisurely breakfasts, peaceful garden strolls and cosy evenings cooking on the gas barbecue. Torrox Pueblo, with its shops and restaurants, is about a 15-minute drive away.
The coast, with beaches, supermarkets and weekly markets, is just a few minutes further.
