Well-presented throughout, the cottage benefits from a private garden and off-road parking for two to three cars, all just a short stroll from the sweeping promenade that follows the edge of Swansea Bay. Inside, five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms provide flexible sleeping options, with two king-size rooms, a twin, and two singles, including a ground-floor room ideal for those who prefer minimal stairs.
The property is served by two bathrooms, an upstairs suite with a bath and shower over, and a downstairs shower room with a walk-in enclosure, ensuring convenience for all guests.
The living room offers an inviting space to gather, furnished with two large sofas and easy chairs where everyone can come together after days spent discovering the coastline.
