Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und kurzfristig erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants und Cafés, zwei Tramlinien pendeln zu den wichtigsten U-Bahn-Linien. Der Augarten liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
