The 90 m² holiday apartment in Sasbachwalden accommodates up to 5 guests and is centrally located in the heart of the village, right next to a bakery and grocery store.
It features a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room, a spacious living/dining kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, as well as pots, plates, and glasses. The living room offers two sofa beds for the third to fifth guests. Children have their own room.
The bunk bed in the children's room is 170 cm long and 80 cm wide, suitable only for children. There are no windows in the bathroom, bedroom, or children's room.
Ventilation and lighting in these rooms are provided through skylights. The apartment stays pleasantly cool in summer as it is located on the lower ground floor. A small terrace with a bench, table, and sunshade invites you to relax outdoors. Sasbachwalden is renowned for its excellent wines, culinary delights, numerous and varied hiking trails in the Baden vineyards at the foot of the Black Forest, and breathtaking views of the Rhine plain. Public transport is within easy walking distance. You have 2 parking spaces directly at the house.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und hatte ungewöhnlich viel Stauraum.
Bad mit großem Waschbecken und großer, begehbarer Dusche.
Neue Küche mit Markengeräten (Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine), genug Platz zum Kochen.

Inside temperature was cool, and although directly on the main street it was well isolated
We missed a big vertical mirror, Fliegemklatsch, and a few hooks for kitchen towels. But that didn’t spoil our stay at all. Just a tip for the next guests!

Bäcker, Fleischer, Edeka (24 h geöffnet) und der erste Schnapsbrunnen gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sauber und neu eingerichtet. Wir haben nicht vermisst.
