Enjoy 3 cozy bedrooms—2 with single beds and 1 with a double bed—and 2 bathrooms.
The fully equipped private kitchen connects to the living room, creating a welcoming space for meals and relaxation.

For families with young children, a crib and high chair are available. Outside, a private garden with fruit trees and both covered and open terraces awaits, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing.
The private saltwater pool is ideal for cooling off, and the outdoor dining area with a sofa lets you gather by the pool. You can park in 3 shared spaces on the property.
Pets and events are not allowed. Just steps away, you’ll find a highly rated Italian restaurant and a bar known for traditional cuisine.
A local shop with fresh fruit, vegetables, and regional products is 200 meters away, and a large supermarket is 2 km away.
The location is excellent, with a bus stop 50 meters from the house that takes you to Palma in 25 minutes, so you don’t need a car to visit the city.
