Located in Sóller, Illes Balears, this 300 m² villa welcomes up to 4 guests in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana.
On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; on the ground floor, there’s a living room with a sofa bed for 2 more guests.
The shared kitchen is fully equipped and includes Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, and a workspace.
For families, a crib and high chair are available.
Enjoy the private garden and open terrace with stunning mountain views.
There are several outdoor areas: a 50 m² terrace on the first floor and a 300 m² terrace on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing with a book or a glass of wine.
Shared on-site parking is available for 3 vehicles.
Events are not permitted.
Access to the property is via a 500-meter cobblestone path, which may influence your choice of rental car.
During your stay, you’ll be accompanied by Rosa, a friendly local donkey.
The villa is close to treasures like Sa Calobra and the Lluc Monastery.
Heating in winter uses pellet sacks, available for an extra fee.
Wi-Fi speed is 10Mb, suitable for basic tasks.

Die Finca ist sehr schön gelegen und innen ansprechend ausgestattet. Man hat einen schönen Blick bis zum Meer und auf die Berge. Man kann die Natur der Gegend gut genießen.

My wife, son and I stayed at Villa es Coco Soller for a week in July. Nice house and amazing location. The house is about 15 min drive on narrow roads from Port de soller. It is private, yet not remote. Excellent for small families and for those who want to explore the Tramuntana area.

Totally secluded, wonderful place to chill out and enjoy the environment with amazing sunsets and a really traditional Majorcan feel. Perfect if you like long walks and cycling (up hill)! Landlord very helpful and a good guy!
