Located in Calviac-en-Périgord, this unique 4 m² tiny house in the forest welcomes up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom and a shared bathroom.
Toilets are outside. Bikes are available for rent. Enjoy the shared garden, your fully equipped terrace, and the heated outdoor communal pool.
You’ll also have access to shared leisure facilities: billiards, table tennis, playground, fitness equipment, and a tennis court. A barbecue and a private fridge are provided, along with outdoor furniture for a pleasant stay. On-site shared parking for 1 vehicle is included. 1 pet is allowed, kept on a leash.
Parties are not permitted.
Self check-in makes your arrival easy. Optional extras to book at reception: sauna access, breakfast service on request, use of the washing machine and dryer for an extra fee. Pool privatization is possible on request, mornings 7–9 am and evenings 7–8 pm. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided.
The site is monitored by video surveillance in communal areas, except pool areas.

L’hôte nous a bien accueilli, le lieu est calme et propice au repos. La tente est chouette avec sa douche extérieure très sympa.
Nous n’avions pas de barbecue et aucun accès pour cuisiner, choses non inscrites sur l’annonce. De plus, pas d’assiettes ni de verres pour manger (apparemment à cause de personnes ne respectant pas certaines règles). C’est ce qui a rendu le séjour un peu moins sympa, ça aurait pu nous être communiqué en amont afin qu’on puisse s’organiser autrement pour manger.
