The dining table with four chairs is in the same space and feels spacious thanks to the abundant natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, combi-microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine and kettle. The bathroom includes a vanity unit, shower with rain shower, towel radiator and toilet. A separate guest toilet is also available. Both bedrooms are bright and simply furnished, with calm colours and ample storage space. The 500 m² garden is fully private and enclosed by a fence, featuring lawn areas, seating in sun and shade, and atmospheric shell paths. Unfortunately, barbecues are not permitted. Parking is easy both in front of and behind the gate. A top-loader washing machine is located in the bathroom. Everything feels inviting, as if you want to settle in straight away.
