Clean architecture, flush doors, exposed concrete floors with underfloor heating, and adjustable lighting create a calm, modern atmosphere. In addition to the separate bathroom, there’s an open shower integrated into the living space—comfortable, modern, and part of the architectural concept. Outside, enjoy a private terrace of about 45 m² with exclusive lounge furniture and a gas grill. You also have access to the whirlpool in a separate outdoor area.
Despite the natural setting, you can reach the university and city center quickly and easily. Perfect for guests who value architecture, privacy, and a special ambiance. Important Information The apartment is high-quality and carefully designed.
