Description of the accommodation
Renovated holiday idyll with sauna and a fantastic sea view on the beautiful island of Orust! Only 300 meters from the sea, this accommodation offers a breathtaking view of the fjord! The accommodation consists of a red main house and a modern outbuilding – ideal for a small family or two couples who want to holiday together.
There are a total of three houses on the same property.
As a tenant, you have access to the area of the red house and the white outbuilding, as well as the sauna located between them.
The property is essentially divided in the middle, and the owners, who occasionally visit the third house, do not use the guest area when the houses there are rented out. This means you have plenty of space to enjoy the view, sunbathe on the terraces, or relax in the sauna – always with the sea as your neighbor.
The property offers a varied landscape with hills and lawns – please be careful with small children! The red house has three beds and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
A spacious but simple kitchenette with hot plates, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator is available.
The outbuilding with three additional sleeping places (sofa bed + single bed) features large windows and a terrace with a sea view.
A jetty for crab fishing and a small sandy beach are located about 700 meters from the house.
An absolute must! For a longer swimming holiday, the municipal swimming pool in Svanesund (5.7 km away) is recommended, with jetties, diving towers, and a sunbathing lawn.
