La ubicación muy buena
La cama superior se balancea y tiene el forro colgando. La ventana del baño defectuosa y sucio por restos de obra.
El alumbrado en general deficiente y sobre todo 1 escalón interior y varios exteriores no están alumbrados ni señalizados, peligroso.
Hay mosquitos y las ventanas no tienen mosquiteras
