This cozy, intimate cottage sleeps 2. You have a lovely living area with a lounge (TV) and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, electric oven, microwave). There’s one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and a spacious bathroom.

Adjoining the Tournesol cottage, each accommodation has its own private garden separated by shrubs, a terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, and loungers, all facing the canal.
The heated, secure pool is open from mid-May to late August (weather permitting), from 9:30 am to 9 pm.
Outdoor games include football, badminton, ping-pong, volleyball, darts, swings, slide, and Molkky.
Location & surroundings
Just 20 minutes from Luçon, 40 minutes from the sandy beaches of Vendée, 45 minutes from La Rochelle, Île de Ré, and La Roche-sur-Yon, 25 minutes from Mervent Lake, its zoo, and Vouvant, and 1 hour from Puy du Fou park. Le Bas Marais is in the Marais Poitevin, in southern Vendée.
This cottage is set in a Natura 2000 protected area, perfect for peace and relaxation, on a 2-hectare property with woods and canals. It's the ideal hideaway to enjoy the pool in the morning and the ocean in the afternoon.
Bicycles are available, and you can take a boat trip on the Canal des Hollandais. Fishing enthusiasts are welcome—bring your own gear.

Nous avions réservé les 3 gîtes pour des vacances en famille.
Les 3 gîtes sont irréprochables. Rien ne manque. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, serviables et disponibles tout en restant très discrets.
La mise à disposition de jeux, de vélos et la piscine chauffée sont très appréciables. Rien à dire, si ce n'est que nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
