Die Wohnung hat einen geräumigen Balkon mit Markise, im Sommer sind die Jalousien an den Fenstern bestimmt nützlich bei der Wärme. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist okay. Uns fehlten nur Decken.
Das Auto parkt in der Tiefgarage und die Wohnung ist per Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Kommunikation in deutsch per Whatsapp war völlig problemlos.
Ein besonderer Makel war während unseres Aufenthaltes (März 26), dass vor dem Balkon drei Wohnhäuser neu gebaut wurden und dementsprechend gab es Baulärm während der Woche. Allerdings konnte der Vermieter nichts dafür und die Baustelle ist nur zeitlich begrenzt. Daher haben wir dies in der Bewertung...
