For shared use: large, beautiful garden with lawn and trees.
Grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 140 m, railway station "Verbania Pallanza" 12.4 km, ferry "Verbania - Laveno" 4 km, pebble beach 80 m (small). Golf course (9 hole) 15 km. Nearby attractions: Svizzera/Suisse/Switzerland 21 km, Lago Maggiore Zipline 20 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift.

Der gepfegte Garten und der Blick auf den See - auch wenn das in der Dachgeschosswohnung nur mittels Dachflächenfenster im Stehen möglich war.
Sehr praktisch war der eigene Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.
Die vielen Stufen ins DG ( wir nutzen meist das schmalere, 2.Treppenhaus) waren für uns ok.

Kein direkter Blickkontakt auf den See möglich außer stehend und durch Öffnen der Dachflächenfenster. ( ca. ab 1.40 m Größe möglich)
Der fehlende Mückenschutz zum Lüften nachts....
Ort:
Sichere Fußwege fehlen, gerade an der Uferstraße. Zur Promenade in Ghiffa lässt es sich von der Villa nicht schön laufen.

Wunderschöne Villa mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung, alles soweit top. Die über 70 Stufen sind nicht für alle geeignet. Die Nachbarschaft in diesem Haus liess uns spüren dass wir nicht so willkommen waren. Schade für die schöne Wohnung aber wir würden nicht mehr dort Ferien machen.
