Literie très confortable, pièces spacieuses (cuisine/séjour, chambre, salle de bain, WC, cellier)
La table et les chaises du séjour. Mobilier vintage, pas esthétique et pas en accord avec le reste de la maison, notamment les chaises dont le revêtement est craquelé rendant l'assise pas confortable.
S'agissant de l'espace devant le logement, pas de verdure et donc pas très agréable aux beaux jours si on veut profiter de l'extérieur.

Réponses très rapides de la conciergerie par sms.
Communication avec une conciergerie: explications pour l’accès un peu succinctes (on ne sait pas vraiment où est située la boîte à clés, pas de photos pour aider…)
Manque un peu d’un côté chaleureux : pas de tapis, ni rideaux, ni lumières indirectes dans le salon…oreillers beaucoup trop gros.
Problème d’écoulement dans la salle de bain (douche + lavabo)
