In its spacious 300 m2 of living area, the fully air-conditioned Villa Gradina offers a total of 5 bedrooms equipped with double beds. 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa, each with its own bathroom and shower cabin.
The sunlit open-plan ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a beautiful living room with a fireplace.
The 5th bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor.
The bright living room offers direct access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful swimming pool measuring 4 m x 8 m and 1.5 m deep.
Whether relaxing in the pool or on the comfortable loungers by the pool, guests of Villa Gradina will enjoy a captivating view of the bay and the turquoise sea dotted with sailboats.
On the terrace, there is also a small outdoor kitchen with a wood/charcoal grill for preparing fresh and delicious meals in the open air, as well as a covered outdoor dining area.
The 600 m2 courtyard of the villa is completely enclosed by a stone wall.
