The living area features two large windows, a two-seater leather sofa, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. Fast Wi-Fi is available.

The sleeping area, separated by curtains for added privacy, offers a double slatted bed (160x190), which can be split into two singles on request (80x190), with orthopedic memory foam mattresses that are hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and breathable for comfortable rest.

Air conditioning with split cools both the living and sleeping areas.

The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, bidet, and forced ventilation; there is also a laundry area with a washing machine.

There is no TV to encourage relaxation and reading.

Located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator (steep staircase with handrail), Chez Moi is in the heart of Villanova, a lively yet quiet area within the ZTL, perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Nearby: shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.

Don’t miss the Bastione di Saint Remy, the Castello district, and Poetto beach (20 min by public transport).
