Located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator (steep staircase with handrail), Chez Moi is in the heart of Villanova, a lively yet quiet area within the ZTL, perfect for exploring the city on foot.
The living area features two large windows, a two-seater leather sofa, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances.
Fast Wi-Fi is available.
The sleeping area, separated by curtains for added privacy, offers a double slatted bed (160x190), which can be split into two singles on request (80x190), with orthopedic memory foam mattresses that are hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and breathable for comfortable rest.
Air conditioning with split cools both the living and sleeping areas.
The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, bidet, and forced ventilation; there is also a laundry area with a washing machine. There is no TV to encourage relaxation and reading.
Adults only; no events.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
By Italian law, all guests must be declared and registered at check-in. Only registered guests may stay or access the property: visits from non-registered persons are not allowed, even briefly.
Please inform us in advance of any changes to the number or identity of guests.
Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Check-in is in person, self-check-in available if needed. Nearby: shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.
Don’t miss the Bastione di Saint Remy, the Castello district, and Poetto beach (20 min by public transport). From April 1, 2026, the Municipality of Cagliari will apply a tourist tax per person per night in the second and fourth quarters, and a different rate in the third quarter.
The tax does not apply to children under 12 or adults over 70, and is charged for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
