Herr Schack war freundlich und hilfsbereit
Die ganze Wohnung hat nach Rauch gerochen. Es war sehr schmutzig, Staub in den Schränken, Spinnweben, dreckige Mikrowelle und der Backofen war sehr schmutzig. Die Fenster waren sehr dreckig und der Außenbereich sehr ungepflegt. Es gab nur wenig Fernsehprogramme, kein RTL,Pro 7, usw..
Die Stufen zu Haustür waren sehr stark beschädigt.
