Your apartment was newly renovated in 2024 and is ideal for up to four guests.
It features one bedroom, a living and dining area with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating.
The modern, bright, and tastefully furnished apartment is on the ground floor and offers step-free access as well as a private terrace in the well-kept garden with a large table and chairs.
The partially covered terrace lets you enjoy the sun and extends your holiday season.
The generous living and dining area includes a kitchen equipped with a cooktop, convection oven at working height, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, SodaStream, and kettle.
The bedroom has laminate flooring, a double bed (1.60 m wide), a large wardrobe, and an extra smart TV.
Bath, shower, and hand towels as well as bed linen are provided free of charge for all guests and changed as needed.
A high chair and a travel cot for children are available.
Two free parking spaces for cars and bicycles are provided on the property.
The wellness area with a small barrel sauna invites you to relax.
Two nearly new KTM Macina trekking e-bikes (men’s and women’s models) and a dog trailer can be rented for an additional fee.
For hygiene reasons, please bring your own bike helmet.

Super Aufenthalt, alles vorhanden was das Urlauberherz begehrt und unser Hund hat den Auslauf für zwischendurch im Garten sehr genossen. Guter Startpunkt für Bodensee-Erkundungen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub am Bodensee. Das Apartment ist sehr schön, komplett eingerichtet und fußläufig zum Bodensee mit Bademöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Ort ist auch eine prima Ausgangbasis für Ausflüge aowohl in Deutschland als auch Schweiz, Österreich und Liechtenstein.Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Sehr angenehm.
Alles zusammen absulut empfehlenswert.

Es war leider nur ein kurzer, aber sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sogar unser Hund wurde sehr freundlich aufgenommen und hat in den Hunden der Eigentümer gleich Freunde gefunden.
