Discover this comfortable 37 m² duplex located in the heart of Avignon, on the fourth floor with elevator, offering an exceptional panoramic view of emblematic sites such as the Palais des Papes, the Tour de l'Horloge, and the Rhône River.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and comprises :
- a charming living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bedroom with 140 cm double bed,
- bathroom with bath, shower and WC,
- work desk,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- TV, satellite or cable, wifi, books,
- fan, radiators, smoke detector.
An access card for the free Palais des Papes parking lot will be available during your stay.
After 10 p.m., noise pollution is no longer accepted.
