Die Lage der Wohnung in der Südstadt ermöglicht es, alle Ziele entweder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ode zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz. Gleichzeitig bekommt man einen sehr guten Einblick in das Leben in der Südstadt. CheckIN und CheckOut sind sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Familie Lederer hat sich um alle Anliegen umgehend und sehr freundlich gekümmert.

Wir konnten in 15min zu Fuß in die Altstadt gehen. Fast neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Der WC-Abfluss war undicht, wurde nicht repariert. Die Wohnung wurde sehr vorteihaft fotografiert. Sie wirkte später sehr viel kleiner. Die Heizlüfter haben gerade genügt, um Wohnzimmer und Bad ausreichend zu wärmen. Den defekten Wasserkocher hatte schon der Vormieter reklamiert. Brandfleck auf dem Flurfußboden, vermutlich von einem defekten Vorgänger der Heizlüfter.
