It features a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom for your comfort.
The chalet includes a small kitchen, a terrace with barbecue, and outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing together.
Wi-Fi is available at reception for an extra charge.
The estate offers many amenities: heated pool (May–September), children’s playground, tennis court, bike rental, snack bar, and a small grocery shop.
Enjoy the tranquil, green setting just a few kilometres from the sea—ideal for unwinding.
Bed linen and towels are not provided; please bring your own.
Bed linen, towel rental, and cleaning service are available for an extra charge.
Heating is available from October to April with a daily allowance of 25 kWh included; extra usage incurs an additional charge.
A baby cot and high chair can be borrowed free of charge on request, subject to availability.

Essai confirmé. De 8 à 64 ans on en démord pas, on aime ce petit coin de Vendée et son air marin bienfaisant. Pour la deuxième année notre séjour au domaine des Épinettes a été un réel bonheur.
