Please note that in case the below instructions are not followed, fees will apply: * Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property * Organising parties is strictly prohibited in the property * Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours * City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items * Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property * No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs) The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation.
Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property.
