Vor der Abreise sollte deutlich kommuniziert werden, dass man den Code für die Schlüsselbox erst am Anreisetag per Mail bekommt. Eine Mail ein paar Tage vor der Anreise mit einer Bestätigung, dass die Buchung bestätigt wird und der Ablauf beschrieben wird, wäre hilfreich.
