Located in the picturesque spa town of Oberhundem in the Sauerland region, this charming 75 m² holiday home welcomes up to 5 guests with its unique A-frame design.
Upstairs, you will find two separate bedrooms: the smaller room has two single beds and space for a baby cot, while the larger room sleeps up to three people.
On the ground floor, enjoy a private, well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and fridge with freezer.
Gather at the large dining table with high chair for meals or cozy game nights.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV, pellet stove for warmth, and self check-in. The new bathroom features a toilet, sink, and shower. Relax on your private sun terrace and in the spacious garden with outdoor furniture, fire pit, and charcoal grill.
The property offers beautiful views of the valley and surrounding forests. Street parking is available directly at the house.
Pets are not allowed.
For children, there are plenty of toys, books, and drawing materials. The A-frame house is in a peaceful location on the edge of the village, within the Rothaargebirge nature reserve, just a few meters from the Rothaarsteig trail.
Panorama Park is a 10-minute drive, and the Karl May Festival in Elspe is 20 minutes away. Dogs are not permitted. The visitor’s tax for the municipality of Kirchhundem is charged separately and applies to all guests aged 16 and over.

Een heel leuk huis! Van binnen ziet het er super uit: netjes, schoon en modern. Eigenlijk is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig, waardoor het je aan niets ontbreekt. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig en prachtig groen. We hebben hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Es war super das wir Lagerfeuer machen durften, top!!! Die Lage, es war sehr ruhig. Alles war sauber. Ein riesenbett sodass wir zu dritt schlafen konnten. Der Blick ins grüne 👌👌🫶

Das ist Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail schön und chic eingerichtet worden. Da wir im Herbst vor Ort waren, hat uns der Pelletofen sehr gut gefallen. Es war schnell muckelig warm. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und es sind sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter.
